The transport costs are included on sale prices only where specified for italian country in the other cases verify the shipping cost schedule. For Extra-European customer customs charges and taxes will be added according to the customs of the country of residence of the buyer and will be paid upon delivery of the object by the same buyer.

All products on Walkando.com are covered by original warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse. Parts subject to wear are not guaranteed, if the damage is due to normal use. If you want to avail of the warranty on a purchased product, simply contact customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org.
Right to Withdrawal:
Walkando.com offers to customer s the guarantee “satisfied or refunded”. If you are not satisfied by the goods received, you can return.
Send an email to email@example.com within 10 days from receipt of goods. Within 7 days of receipt of returned goods we will refund the full cost of the item.
All packages will be sent with BRT or GLS courier, the cost of the shipping is 7 euros including VAT for all italian shipping and italian islands included where is not specified otherwise.
For all orders over 100 euros the shipping will be free of charge in Italian country.
European community and rest of the world:
For european countries the shipping cost is 15 euros and for extra-european community is 25 euros for the standard shipping with Fedex courier and 17 euros for the worldwide postal economic shipment.
The Walkando staff reserves the right to send the goods with a different courier due to logistical requirements.
Handling time and shipments:
Walkando reserves one/three working days for the handling of goods, package, and carry out the necessary administrative procedures. In case of delay Walkando will notify promptly to the customer the possible delay of the goods. To this day we have to add the time taken by the courier for delivery, timing and modes vary depending on the courier that will be used. In the calculation of the delivery days are not included Saturday and Sunday.
The couriers used by Walkando are certfied and use advanced methods of packages tracking through TRACKING CODE which can be used by the customer to view the real position of the package since it leaves Walkando stock until it is delivered to you.
Delivery is made within 24 hours in Italy and in 48/72 hours in disadvantaged municipalities and in Italian islands.
If there is no one at delivery time, the courier will leave a note and will make two attempts to deliver the next few days, in any case the customer can contact for the delivery or for collection at the reference branch.
For deliveries With FEEX, GLS or BRT courier you can choose the STOCKING STOP. That is the possibility to withdraw the goods independently at the courier branch selected during purchase.
For european countries the delivery is estimated in 2/4 working days with Fedex, for the extra-european countries is 2/5 days with Fedex courier or 15/20 days with economic postal shipping with Post NL.

The details of your card are managed directly by CartaSì specialized in management of online payments. The informations are encrypted using 128 bit encryption (SSL) to prevent the use by a third parts and are sent directly to the bank. The staff of Walkando is able to see that data.
Making the payment with credit card is possible to send the goods to an address different from the one of the order.
The amount is charged only in the moment of card counting. Until then there is only one booking amount. If the card is not recorded, the amount is automatically released after 25 days from order.
We reserve the right to make a request to the issuing bank card on the ownership of the card in case of problems. This activity takes 5 working days. At the end of them, in case of positive outcome, we will proceed with the delivery of the order placed.
Walkando reserves the right to request with fax a document valid for speed controls.
The amount owed will be charged at the shipping date of the goods and not at the date of the order.
Payments with Paypal
When customers place an order we will send a paypal money request or the customers can send us a paypal payment to the account ID firstname.lastname@example.org filling in payment note the description of the item purchased and the name and the surname of the customer.
Payments by bank transfer:
When paying by bank transfer the goods will be dispatched only after verifying been credited to our bank account.The current account data will be communicated at the time of purchase by mail. The payment note appearing on the bank transfer must indicate: the order number, name and surname of the customer.
Before making the bank trasfert it is necessary to inquire the customer Service if the merchandise is available.
If within 8/10 days from the order we receive the payment, the order will be delete.
Cash on delevery (only for Italy)
For payment on delivery means payment in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products.
The courier will only accept exact sums, corresponding to the order (you can’t have the change).
For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 5euro.
In all cases of returning goods, transport costs must be paid by the customer except for the return of defective goods under warranty in which case the cost of delivery for replacement product are paid by Walkando.com.
The products must be returned intact, placed in their original package complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.) and with adequate external package carefully sealed.
The transport costs for returns are at customer expense.
Attention, products sent after the expected deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements will not be refunded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you will have to choose among one of the following possibilities:
Issuing a voucher to be spent within an year , otherwise the credit will decay

Refund of money:
Walkando.com after receiving the goods will do, in accordance with the customer, a transfer through paypal circuit or credit card or bank transfer. where is necessary to indicate details of a bank or postal account (account number with SWIFT code and account holder);
Reimbursement concern the price of the product and will be made within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. The only costs charged to the customer are those relating to delivery of good.
The goods once reached our warehouse, will be examined for any damages or alteration not caused by transport.
